I am currently working on the first step in the Chatter for Lightning Experience course. Even though I have completed the steps, over and over, I tried to clear my history/cache and try again - however, after checking the challenge, an error comes back that states, “we can’t find anything in the about field on your profile.”

Excited to share that I’ve completed the #SetupWithAgentforce

quest! 🎉 

The experience was intuitive, efficient, and made navigating Salesforce setup much easier. It’s impressive to see how Agentforce can simplify administrative tasks and help save valuable time.

👋 Hi Trailblazers, 

In the Agentforce Contact Center module, I created a new Trailhead Playground (no pre-built org provided), but Communication Channels does not appear in Setup Quick Find, which blocks progress.

Is a specific license, permission, or feature required for this module, or is there a correct type of playground we should use?

🙏 Any quick guidance would be appreciated.

How can i finish my trail, my agent is working but i still get the error. 

I want to create a report in Tableau that remains blank until 2-3 mandatory dimension and date filters are selected. Once these filters are applied, the report should display the relevant data. This approach is important for performance optimization, as I need to load millions of rows, and selecting mandatory filters will help reduce the dataset efficiently. Please provide guidance on how to implement this functionality in Tableau.

I am getting an error message while trying to Validate the challenge on Create Validation Rules.  Looking at the help topics, I tried unselecting the "Restrict picklist to the values defined in the value set" Picklist (Multi-Select) Options.  This had no effect.
