Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies.

This is likely a language setting issue. Not all challenges work if you aren't using English. Try switching to English so the folder name will be "Unified public classic email templates"

I'm not sure what I'm missing. I might've done something wrong.

I'm working on Create an Automation with Flow Builder.  See

https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/set-up-case-escalation-entitlements/create-flow-with-process-builder?trailmix_creator_id=strailhead&trailmix_slug=prepare-for-your-salesforce-administrator-credential

When a created a support case for a large account, I could not save it. I got this error message:

"We can't save this record because the “Notification: Case for Large Account” process failed. Give your Salesforce admin these details. Missing required input parameter: SObjectRowId Error ID: 2129078499-204667 (-1677892507)Missing required input parameter: SObjectRowId Error ID: 2129078499-204667 (-1677892507)"

When trying to think what I might have done wrong, I remembered creating the flow and getting an instruction that did not seem right. The screenshot shows the instruction. It says I'm to enter the record ID as {!$Record.id}.  Trailhead would not allow me to save the input as {!$Record.id}  When trying to select from the available options, I could not find anything that gave that result. I finally found one that gave this result "{!$Record.ContactId}". I decided to try that. Perhaps this is why I'm getting this error message.

Any ideas?

    Hi @Ronald Cram ,

So I tossed out the Cases org I had done this in and created a new Cases Redo playground. I started at the beginning of the module and copied and pasted every single thing being careful not to have extra spaces or punctuations and VOILA! I don't know what was missing the first time around and I'm guessing it was something that wasn't typed/copied correctly.

Now, it's time to focus on gaining handson experience and preparing for an entrylevel job in the Salesforce ecosystem. Here's a stepbystep guide to help you:

     1. Build HandsOn Experience

To stand out to employers, you need practical experience. Here's how to get it:

Experiment with Apex, LWC, and Flows to automate processes.

     c. Contribute to Open Source

Explore Salesforce related opensource projects on GitHub and contribute to them. This will help you collaborate with others and improve your coding skills.

     2. Follow a Structured Trailmix

     3. Prepare for the Next Certification

While the Salesforce Certified Associate is a great starting point, earning the Salesforce Administrator certification will make you more competitive for entrylevel roles.

I have completed all the steps but still I get an error.

We can't find the Get Customer Details action. Make sure it has been created and has an API Name of 'Get_Customer_Details'.

Verify the Action Exists: Go to your Salesforce org and check if the Get Customer Details action has been created. You can find it under Process Builder or Flow if it's part of your automation.

Check the API Name: Make sure the API name for the action is exactly Get_Customer_Details. You can verify this in the action's settings or by looking in the object settings if it’s part of a flow or process.
