I need to use multiple buffer select points at the same time inside a particular state .

I have a requirement in this like i need to select multiple plot i a particular state using a buffer for a 150-300 km radius

eg: Rajasthan ( so inside Rajasthan I should be able to select multiple plots at the same time and find the distance between the plots) is that possible?
