What are the best practices for creating dashboards when using Virtual Connection?
Of the 2 scenarios below, which is the most appropriate to implement?
1. Data Source -> Virtual Connection -> Published Data Source -> Connect to Workbook
2. Data Source -> Virtual Connection-> Connect to Workbook
Or maybe there is another more appropriate scenario?

Hello!
At first read base article about this.
Somehow it is was written here.
But simple if you have a lot of data to materialize before analysis, it is good way - to make exctracts. If data is ready and joined it is cool to use live connection. The play is always around the loading the views, think from your capacities and data-ready status.
