getting value as "200.00" as a String from Provider. Need to convert this value to 200.00 as a Number for the client. How to get a string value to decimal value?

As soon as I convert it into a Number it deletes the decimal points like

paylod.msg as Number{Format: "0.00"}

But it is returning 200 as a Number but I want 200.00 as a Number.
