For Client Management with Financial Services Cloud

in the Manage Client Interactions activity: 

  

I am in the step: Create a Task. I am not able to add a task in the activity screen. There is no option available. How should I proceed?

    No, I am trying to do the task in the screenshot, but I do not have the option to add a New Task (initial screenshot). The article suggests changing Global Actions but that did not work.
