We have four page layout and Four record type
Page Layout Record Type
1. Refund Refund
2. Cash Cash
3. Cheque Cheque
4. Card Transaction History
We have initially assigned this to every profile.
Now company wants to remove Refund, Cheque and Card record type access from Sales profile. Basically whenever they try to create new record. They can only see Cash Record type. Can you please provide suggestion, where I do not have to delete all 3 record type and create again.
Note: Record types were created on custom object

Assign Record Types and Page Layouts in Profiles
Setup > Profile > Object Settings > Object > Record Types.
Basically just go in to the Sales Profile and remove everything except the Cash Record Type in your scenario
