AS a company we currently have 18 active Quote Templates in salesforce which are created in CPQ. We are looking to onboard a templating company to help us achieve this away from out of the box. We need a tool for us to be able to transfer like for like templates over to them and give us full access to update/create new templates on the tool.
Any recomendations?

18 seems excessive to me as well. Our clients usually have a couple of master templates with dynamic data, to help manage the templates. You can check Documill Dynamo from Appexchange
