How to deploy translated images in community

Question

I am working on translation of community in different language, I am also changing images i.e. image in English text vs Images in other language say German, While salesforce gives me an option to import/export translated language for text in the form of xml but what should I do for images .The text which I am putting in rich text editer can be exported and again imported into prodution but the xml file does not contain images, Do I need to manual repeat everything (for images) in production which I am doing in sandbox

Hi,

When the translated components cannot be included in a change set, these items must be translated using a translation export/import.
