I have created a task using flows, what are the signifance or the use of the following 4 input fields. What does include/ dont include mean? Also, how should i assign this task to a user?

The field automatically turns  to INCLUDE ( enabled ) if you a select a value from the dropdown resource . If you dont field to be included in the Action then click Don't Include .
