Has anyone had trouble creating a user registration?  I can get to the verification code, but once the code is entered I'm receiving "Something went wrong with your registration. Please try again later." I seem to be the only one that is getting this message in our testing group. I've cleared cache, used an incognito window, did some troubleshooting with our SF partner...just stuck.  Hoping someone else has come across the issue.  Also, have logged a case, but wanted to tap into you all - thanks!

    Found my answer - my passwod was lacking required characters. Passwords should follow the typical Salesforce password policy

    • A password must contain at least eight characters, including one alphabetic character and one number.

    Now to convey that to our customers who most likely have no idea who Salesforce is and there's not any password requirement info on the sign up page.  Anyone dealt with this?  Thanks in advance!

    We have the same issue. The password requirements need to be on the sign up page. Salesforce need to address this.
