Hi,
I can see that there are different packages installed along with NPSP package like Contacts & Organizations and Household etc.
I am assuming these are old packages and Nonprofit Starter Pack is an extension to these original packages.
Can anyone provide some links where I can read more information about these packages?
Also I can see there are two different date fields "First Donation Date" as part of Contacts & Organizations package and "First Gift Date" as part of Households package. Can anyone please tell me the difference between these two fields?

@Fundraising@Nonprofit Success PackAll the documentation for NPSP is here: https://powerofus.force.com/articles/Resource/Nonprofit-Starter-Pack-3-Documentation It doesn't really matter the differences between the 6 packages (and yes you're right, the Nonprofit Starter Pack is an extension to the original 5 as a way of looking at it). You need all 6 and can't mix & match.
First Gift Date is the current and correct field. First Donation Date is a legacy field and if I'm not mistaken, should be deprecated soon. Regardless, you can hide/ignore it.
