We are just in the beginning stages of getting Salesforce for our Advancement office. Can anyone share what useful dashboards & analytics they have used?

Things are going more slowly than I would like. We did roll out a nice pipeline report. It's really nothing more than opportunities by stage, but it feels like a significant win for us.
