Has anyone experienced similar issues when loading reference data on a sandbox with installed NZC (Growth license)?
I just need some test data to create basic records like assets, energy use, etc. (the relevant emission factors will added later on). Navigation to the link "Learn more about..." also gives an error due to an authorization issue.
Hello @Ivan Sudakov. I am a Net Zero Cloud Product Manager and I'm very sorry for the confusion. I want to clarify that we are not limiting the out of the box emissions factors to organizations with a US entity. That is not correct. You are still able to load reference data in Net Zero Cloud, from a new experience. Emissions factors available from data providers that don't have the badge "included with Net Zero Cloud" are the data sets available to US entities only. Many data sets are still be loaded into sandbox orgs, which is why they are not appearing for you. They will be available for your org later this week.
