Is it require to have a full license to access Environment Hub?

One of the users reqched out to me saying they lost there ability to create in environment hub when i checked there license type it was a Force.com license. The question is does it require a full license for a user to access Environment Hub?

    You will need a full license indeed Rishab.

     

    License type gives you access to the platform you want your users to have access to. 

     

    Environment hub is another product of salesforce and requires users to have feature license.
