I just close my account, re-login then went to the task challenge again and click the earn button and then it works perfectly even though I didn't change anything..

I tried this not working .

Try changing the language setting of the playground to English.

l was ready to pull out my hair!!!!!!!

All l had to do was type  Call Ms. Smith  on the subject line instead of leaving it as CALL from the dropdown list .

Still it's not working

no funciona en mi caso.... (This solution did not work for me) ..

im having some issues with trying to find out why my points are not going through i had follow both suggestions and still not working. is there any other way to pass this challenge?  We can’t find a future task called ‘Call Ms. Smith'. Check to be sure you have added the task to your lead's record.

i finally got it. kindly copy paste it as it is or write first letters of names in caps and  the . after Ms. 

like Cal Ms. Smith  

And voila !  it works .
