Opportunities,Orders Object come under Sales category.What about Leads Accounts and Contact object?

Account,Contact and Leads comes under which category? Under Service we haves Cases Under MArketing we have Campaigns.

Hi Shruthi,

The answer cloud be very vast..but in short I will say..

Account and Contact come by defualt with force.com platform

if you purcase sales cloud as feature lincese then you will get lead/opportunity/campaigns order etc..

Same if you have service cloud as feature license then you will get the case object along with other serice cloud features.

Same with Marketing cloud where you will get comaigns along with other features like journey builder etc
