I want to give create access to that custom object for PArtner portal users.
So under partner user profile,I have given create access to the Custom Object.
Even then PArtner user is not able to create any recored under the related list?
What is the reason?
Do I need to changes anything under OWD?
Please help!

I just dont see "New" button even though I have given create access under the respective profile.
