I am logging into my instance and I keep getting the verification screen. I look in my email and there is no email from Salesforce. A few days ago I deleted my cookies from the browser so I think this is causing the problem. I have another instance that asks me for verification and sends an email to the same email address, but for some reason, the other instance does not. Any ideas on what the issue is?

Hi Ash,
I am not sure if this correct. But can you try this in the instance where you were NOT getting the email address
Click the Gear icon then Setup | Email | Deliverability
Set the 'Access to Send Email' to All email
Save
Note : By default, email deliverability is set to 'System email only' in newly refreshed sandboxes.
