As a company we are asked to complete alot of RFIs (request for information) is there a way I can store those questions and answers in salesforce that would make them easily accessable? it would be even more handy if they could be set out in a logical order. EG. Finance questions / Operational questions / Company informatics etc... Any ideas? Thanks folks and Happy Holidays

    Hi Stuart, 

     

    I don't believe there are any standard facilities for this, but it sounds like something you could create a custom object for relatively easily.

     

    Make a custom object with a long text field for the question, a rich text field for the answer, and a picklist for category. You could then export this list using data loader, or make a custom page to print/email it.
