I am currently reporting on Omni-Channel presence status thanks to the standard report type: User Presence.
As far as I know, the object and the report type is not configurable so I am not able to create any new field on the object.
Everytime a user set the given status, a line is created on the report.
So my report is filtered on specific presences statuses (see picture) and my goal is to create an average of these presence statuses out of the total amount of users.
In other words I'm trying to calculate the sum of each grouping entry out of the gloabal RowCount.
Is this possible ?

Hi Romain,
Power of one is what solves this and if you do not want to go down this route then you will need to create a custom summary formula field and hardcode the number of users into the formula (which will not work if the number of users keep changing on the report)
Meanwhile, please upvote and promote the following Idea
