Login hours profiles

I setup login hours and they are in PST and my timezone is in IST when I set login hours from (9AM-5PM) as my timezone is in IST it's getting changed to 9PM-5AM so does it mean I can login at 9PM only? if so how to set according to IST 9AM-5PM
