I want to set one of role able to edit Forecast Quota for another role, but don't follow the role hierarchy. On my understanding, if the user needs to set the Forecast Quota, his role needs to above another role by role hierarchy.
For example, I set the A user and B user, their role hierarchy on the same level, but I want to grant A user who able to edit the Forecast Quota of B. how could I to setup it? Thanks.

Thanks for your solution, but it will cause the user A able to edit Quota for all users. Actually, the user A only able to edit Quota for part of the region.
Could I share the permission of Quota like the sharing rule?
