I have a chart on a dashboard which shows Individual vs Organisation wide average. When I filter the dashboard the organisation wide average changes. I need to show individual with Oraganization average even when we filter.It would be great if someone help me to solve this issue. Please find the screen shots below. Thank you

or could you pls suggest a way to exclude a report custom formula field from filteration.
