Automatic email to a Contact after Account field change

Hello everyone. I am trying to create a process builder that send an email to a contact when the value of an account field change. And it do nt work :)

 

can someone help me

    Hi Amin Ahcene,

     

    Goto setup -> search 'Deliverability'

     

    set Access Level All mail.
