Insert Activities on account/contact object to lead object

Hi All,

 

I want to insert activities (log a call,tasks and  Emails) from an account/contact object to lead a object.

 

I have created a lead lookup on contact and account object and when I updated records into task object using Data Loader .I got a success file but I am not able to see the task on a Lead Object. 

 

I have mapped : Activity Id -> Id and AccountId --------> WhatId.

 

Can someone help me to achieve this Task?

    Hi Lakshmi,

     

    If you want to insert that activities on lead then map whoid with Leadid in excel and remove activity id.

     

    Then Insert the data on Lead

     

    P.S- If you want to remove it from account then you have activity id, just make a excel with single column activity id and delete it using dataloader
