Can I create a workflow rule when a google doc is added to an account or opportunity?

I want to create a new workflow. When a google doc is added to an opp or account I want to send an email alert. Is this possible? Thanks.

    No.  Attachments are not a reportable thing. They just sort of hang off of actual data records.
