I'm trying to find out if there is a way to add the attachements in flow as lighting component or as a screen . We have flow for cases in which we want attachments to be added in the discription box.
Please try to help find a way

Just wait for spring '18 sandbox refresh, you will definitely get this help by adding attachment component to the flow.
