Hello - From what I've been able to find, you can schedule future report runs in any sandbox including a Developer sandbox. I'm attempting to schedule a report, but I am not receiving it.
- Report and Folder Sharing is not enabled.
- Folder settings are Public Read Only and shared to the System Admin Role.
- Report is sending to Running User/myself in a System Admin Role).
- I'm a System Admin with 'standard' System Admin profile (all necessary reporting permissions are checked).
- I've tested Email Deliverability and successfully received all 48 test emails from various IPs (I'm unsure if this test indicated deliverability of scheduled reports).
Does anyone have any thoughts on what I am missing?

Jay, make sure Deliverability in your org is set to All Emails.
Just search Deliverability in the left side quick search
