i want to create a really simple Leadscoring for our Sales Managers in Salesforce.
The idea is that they can give the Leads points from 1-5 after they worked with the Lead.
And i would like to have it visual with smiles, thumbs, etc Something like that.
Does anybody knows how to do that?
Or where do i find thoose images?

You will have to create the Lead_Score__c field as a picklist with the values 1-5 and then the above formula field will display the images/stars in a seperate field dependant on what the sales manager chose.
