Is it possible to customize the 'Notifications' in Salesforce Lightning?

 

I want to see the related list, so that the user can immediately go to the e.g. case/opportunity instead of having to click on it and then go to chatter and from there go to the item.

    No Lieke, You need to go from chatter only.
