I have a report on a dashboard that is in a folder visible to our Partner Community users, but for some reason I'm receiving an error that the Partner Community users cannot see some of the reports bc "the source report is based on a report type that is inaccessible to the dashboard's running user".  I've looked everywhere to enable this, and can't find it under:

 

Profile Settings

 

Report Type Settings

 

Object Settings

 

Please help!

    Hi Amber,

     

    the problem is that the report is in a folder that the Partners cannot access.  You'll need to set the access in the folder to at least " This folder is accessible by all users, including portal users"  More here: https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHelpDoc?id=access_report_folders.htm&language=en_US (https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHelpDoc?id=access_report_folders.htm&language=en_US)
