Hi Rafel,
Do you have role hierarchy defined in your org? Manager needs to be above you in role heirarchy, then He/She will be able to see records created by you.
If there is no role hierarchy defined in your org, then either you need to write a criteria based sharing rule Or manual sharing to share records with your manager.
