
Does anybody know the way of creating Complaint/Requests through a Macro in Excel?
For example: I need to create 10 CR's for the list of products(in my Excel file). Then I start the Macro and it creats CR's.
Is it possible without any Excel Add-Ins?

Hi Yurij,
I'm afraid you will need to have an add on in order for excel to communicate with Salesforce. It's called Excel Connector (https://developer.salesforce.com/page/Force.com_Excel_Connector).
With that being said, I believe excel support is deprecated, and Salesforce switched to Google Docs integration - which works really well with spreadsheets from what I've seen.
