I have a single user who is unable to use the "assign" button when attempting to assign a Case to themselves from a Queue owner. They are receiving the generic "Insufficent Privledges" error when attempting to assign the case.
The head-scratcher here is other users in the same profile are not encountering this error. I have compared the affected account with a known-working accounts and the have the same Profile, Role and Permission sets.
any ideas?

Hi Joe,
Please ensure that this user is assigned to the queue where he can pick up cases by assigning it to himself.
Profile dictates what a user can do on records he owns. I would assume that your OWD for cases is public read-only giving the users the ability to view cases.
