Hi All,

 

I have created a field update workflow to amend a Case Sattus field when a new case comment is added.

 

For example when a comment is added from not a commnuity user then the Status is changed to "Customer to respond".

 

This workflow works but when I create the same workflow but for a community user, it stops the user from adding a comment via the commnuity. I get an "Unable to amend this field" message.
