Product automatically creating a pricebook

Question

We want to create a pricebook entry that is accessible for account managers in opportunities for a product that has a certain picklist value, we want process builder to automatically create the pricebook when this is picklist value is met in the product. Conversely we also wish for the pricebook entry to be removed when the certain picklist does not meet our criteria. Is this possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
