Need some help in posibility of generating a report

Question

Requirement : I have requirement to generate a report on case object specifically to track the time between the arrival of the message(new) and read. Please let me know the possibility of this ??

Are you using standard email on Case related list? Try VSTrackIT application from Appexchange,

You can track sending email time using VSTrackIT application.

Using this application you can track case acknowledge time stamp, case view session time, status to staus change time taken a period and also you can see case progress bar when viewing the case.

Try creating a new report using the 'Case Lifecyle'  report type.  (its in the Customer Support Reports folder) and see if that gets you what you need.
