Trying to create a 4 column table with field history that includes old value - new value - account name and record count. I can only get 3/4. Any suggestions on how to configure my chart?

    Hi Danielle,

     

    Unfortunately thats not possible, in a 4 column dashboard you need atleast 2 summarized columns.

     

    In your case you only have 1 summarized column i.e. record count  and 3 grouped columns

     

    the maximum grouped columns is 2 in a 4 column table.

     

    since the report is based on account history, you cannot concatenate two fields to make it into 1 grouping, the bottom line is you need to sacrifice a column.
