I am trying to troubleshoot missing data on a report.

I have a campaign wih converted lead information report, grouped by campaign name. There is only one filter on the report, campaign created this year. A lead record is not showing up under the campaign name that it is tied to.

The lead was created and attached to a campaign, and later converted to an opportunity. When I view the campaign, the name is there and the opportunity is rolling up correctly.

Any thoughts on what is happeneing here?
