When I edit the "Type" on an account, the account does not move into the proper folder. I can still see the account under View>> "All Accounts," but when I go to View>>"[LIST NAME]" the account does not move over. I have tried adding new accounts into that list and it still isn't working. How do you get accounts to add directly to a list or move accounts over? Thanks

    List views are like filters on a spreadsheet. They let you pair down a large record set into more manageable sizes but don't actually "move" any data. If you have a List View and you think an Account should show up in the view but it does not, it's probably because of the filter criteria on the view. If you have the right permission to edit the view (either it's your view or your admin has granted you permission to edit public views) then go in and look at the filters to see what is causing the issue. Otherwise touch base with your salesforce admin and ask them to take a look.
