Can we default in chatter for all users to be "Active Influencers"?

Can we default in chatter for all users to be "Active Influencers"? and also Is chatter available for custom objects too ? If yes than how can we activate chatter feed for custom objects ?

I think Active influencer is only set based on a user's actual chatter usage. You would have to create mock posts on their behalf.   As for enabling chatter on custom object: Go to Setup>Customize>Chatter>Feed Tracking and you can enable it for the object you want.
