Hi,
due to a change of strategy in our company I had to mass update all the Campaign Member statuses as many of them had to pass to "unresponded".
That process (I used Dataloader) worked perfectly and I expected that, consequently, all the Campaign Members had the Responded checkbox updated according to the main change in the Campaign Statuses.
Unfortunately I verified that they kept their original value in the Responded chechbox even if their Member status is now un "unresponded".
So, cannot find the way to mass update thousand of Campaign Member Responded checkboxes.
Any suggestion?

Hi Mimma,
The campaignmember responded checkbox is based off the campaign member status. So if the member status is marked as responded, the campaign member will be responded and vice versa.
So basically do the same thing with data loader but instead change the campaign member status.
