I am working on a list of leads to import. The sales manager would like 5 of his reps to be able to work on this leads and grab them at random. It looks like I have to create a queue and some assignment rules. Isn't there any way to just import the lead list and not assign an owner and have them in an 'open' status so any one of the 5 reps can see them and claim ownership? I am not seeing any way to do this.
