login report for dashboard

One of our SVPs is asking for a login report for the managers and directors for his dashboard. I haven't had any success adding this. When it displays on the dashboard the report doesn't give me the last login option, it only gives me record count which doesn't do me any good. 

 

Does anyone know how to create a report that shows the last time someone logged in and have that display on a dashboard?

    Adam... something is still wrong. I have put the full name and login fields into the report. I then click on to group by full name and then click on to group by login and the screen goes blank. It says...

     

    Add columns by dragging fields into the preview pane.

     

    Even though the fields were already there. When I click on Run report it takes about a minute and then every field is in the report. Not just the 2 that I grouped by.

     

    Any thoughts?
