Contact Builder Contacts Missing - Marketing Cloud

I have accounts in my Data Extension but they are not appearing in Contact Builder - why (I have created an Attribute Group on Contact Builder with the same Data Extension)

    The issue was using email address to link the DE's in Contact Builder
