I have a sales rep who reported to me that today he started having issues generating a PDF from a quote in Salesforce.  I had him check his browser version; it was Firefox 52.x.  I tried it in my Firefox browser with no problem; I had version 51.x.  I upgraded my FF to 52.x and now I'm having the same issue.  The error prompts me to download the latest version of Adobe Reader which I did but I still get the error.  Cleared the cache - still have the issue.

 

Does anyone have any clues how to get around this other than using a different browser?
