ShoreTel is not an option - tied to the ShoreTel phone system.
Inside Sales is not an option - too expensive.

- Record details of inbound and outbound calls in a panel on the screen; saves to an activity history record
- Must not be tied to the phone system
- Must be stable
- Must be inexpensive
