Every week, we're uploading lots of new contacts. We service unemployed workers and in order to keep things straight and most effectively assist them in their job search, we track their job history. We input all this data into Excel and then upload into Salesforce, but we cannot figure out how to upload a contact with multiple former employers (which are being entered as "Account Name"). We used to be able to upload one former job, with the employer name as Account Name and Primary Job Status as "Former" but now even that isn't working. Any ideas?
