Set Up for Success

  • Select your agent type: You can select a prebuilt agent or create a custom one by adjusting its out-of-the-box functionality to meet your business needs.
  • Define roles and data: Define the role of the agent by using form fields. Agentforce suggests actions your agent can take based on the chosen skill. Choose the actions your agent takes and customize agent instructions in plain language.
  • Set guardrails: Guardrails ensure compliance and the secure use of customer data. You can use plain language to give your agent rules to follow. This is critical for internal use but also helps teach the agent how to engage with customers and prospects.
